Spa questions, answered

How do I book?
Choose your treatment, the day and a free time in the booking section: your booking is confirmed on the screen right away. We send you a reminder the day before, and 2 hours before on Telegram. You can also message us on Telegram or WhatsApp at +855 87 747 349.
Do I pay anything online?
A $5 deposit is asked only for BB Glow, Hair Color and the Vietnamese Trio, by KHQR (ABA or any Cambodian bank app), and it is deducted from your bill. Everything else is paid at the spa by ABA, card or cash, in US dollars or Cambodian riel.
I'm visiting Cambodia and don't have a Cambodian bank app.
No problem: choose "I don't have a Cambodian bank app" when you book one of those three treatments. No deposit. We send you a reminder the day before: confirm it (Telegram button, or reply YES on WhatsApp) to keep your time. Without an answer, the spa may give it to someone else 3 hours before.
Can I come with friends?
Yes: book up to 4 people for the same treatment at the same time. For larger groups or different treatments, message us.
Which treatment should I choose?
Tell the team how you feel: tired shoulders, dull skin, a special evening, nails for a holiday. They will suggest something and tell you how long it takes.
Where are you exactly?
6D Street 312, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Phnom Penh, near Bassac Lane and a short walk from BKK1 and the Independence Monument. Look for the gold arched windows and the plants at the door. Tuk-tuk and ride-hailing drivers can use our Google Maps pin.
How much does a massage cost?
A 60-minute body massage or oil massage is $19. Back and foot massages take 45 minutes for $17.50, and the 75-minute hot stone or herbal compress oil massages are $25. Prices are in US dollars, riel accepted.
What is the ASMR hair wash?
It is our Vietnamese-style head spa: a long, warm hair wash with a slow scalp massage, then a blow dry. It takes 60 minutes and costs $15. Plan to keep your eyes closed for most of it.
Are you open every day?
Yes, every day from 9 AM to 9 PM. On public holidays, check our Google Maps listing for special hours.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, anytime before your appointment, with the "Manage or cancel your booking" link you get after booking. Your deposit becomes a credit for your next visit, valid 90 days. If you don't come and don't tell us, the deposit is kept. Running late? Message the spa on Telegram or WhatsApp.
What about treatments with a price on request?
For Nail Extensions, send a request online: we reply with the price and confirm your time. Nothing to pay online.
Is there a loyalty card?
Yes. Collect 5 stamps by enjoying treatments on 5 different days, and receive 1 free treatment of your choice on your 5th visit. Ask for your card at the spa.
